There is nothing like a warm gooey brownie straight from the pan. Crispy edges with the middle all chewy and perfect…I am drooling just thinking about them! Well, good news- they are easier to make than you think! These delicious brownies are an absolute crowd pleaser in my house, and I guarantee they will be in yours too! If you’re looking to impress a date, your friends, your family or your in laws- look no further!
These brownies are so simple to make it’ll be hard to resist making them all the time! My only recommendation for getting the best possible outcome is to be extra cautious to not over mix them! Just fold in the ingredients. Fooooooold. Sifting is also an important step not to skip! I know its a hassle to get out the sieve and what not, but you’ll have to trust me on this one. The chocolate chips in them are also a must if you ask me. I have made them with and without, and let’s just say the extra chocolate is what makes them extra gooey. Prepare to break out the sweatpants, because it’ll be hard not to devour the whole dang pan.

Easiest Fudgey Brownies
Ingredients | Instructions |
---|---|
Servings: 12 Tools: square brownie pan, wooden spoon, sieve | |
1/2 cup melted butter | 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a square baking pan by greasing it with a little butter (or baking spray if that’s what you have on hand). Line with parchment paper. |
1 tablespoon oil | 2. In a bowl, add the butter, oil and sugar and mix with a hand mixer for about a minute. Add in the eggs and vanilla and beat until lightened in colour. |
1 cup white sugar | 3. Sift in dry ingredients and fold together using a wooden spoon. Add in your chocolate chips and fold them in as well. Do not over mix as it will make your brownies dense. |
2 eggs | 4. Add your brownie mix to your pan and sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top. |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract | 5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the centre of the brownies sets. These brownies are very fudge so a toothpick will still come out dirty, but not wet. |
1/2 cup all purpose flour | 6. Allow brownies to cool before cutting them. |
1/2 cup cocoa powder | |
1/4 teaspoon salt |

Thanks for sharing! The brownies look so delicious. 🙂
